Job summary

Stellantis Financial Services seeks a Manager, Vehicle Process Engineering to lead the development, implementation, and improvement of manufacturing processes for safe, high-quality vehicle production. You will own PFMEA, launch readiness, and lead a team of process engineers to deliver robust processes and flawless product launches.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical discipline.
  • 8+ years of manufacturing or process engineering experience in automotive/vehicle manufacturing.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing engineering teams.
  • Proven experience leading PFMEA development and governance.
  • Experience supporting vehicle launches and Start of Production (SOP).
  • Experience with APQP, PPAP, Control Plans, and AIAG/VDA Core Tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead PFMEA development and governance for vehicle assembly processes.
  • Own station launch readiness and manage launch plans prior to Start of Production.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to mitigate manufacturing risks.
  • Drive continuous improvement of PFMEA methodology using AIAG and VDA standards.
  • Lead manufacturing readiness reviews, process validation activities, and production trials.
  • Ensure stations meet cycle time, ergonomic, safety, quality, and throughput requirements.
  • Support Design for Manufacturability reviews during vehicle development.
