Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a team-oriented associate to help maintain shop cleanliness and support vehicle preparation tasks. The role includes front-office housekeeping and assist with pre-washes and post-repair cleaning to ensure top-quality customer service.

You will work in a fast-paced collision and glass service environment, performing physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, moving parts, and light maintenance. A HS diploma and valid driver's license are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to multitask.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Clear close vision required.
• 18 years or older.
• Valid Driver's license.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Maintain daily housekeeping of the interior of the office and production areas.
• Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs.
• Pre-washes and cleans vehicles before and after repairs.
• Maintain parking lots and grounds in a neat and orderly fashion.
