Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Porter to support our repair teams by cleaning customer vehicles before delivery and maintaining the look of the shop and office areas.

The role involves pre-washing vehicles, cleaning interiors/exteriors after repairs, and moving vehicles to sublet locations as needed. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, a valid license, and the ability to multitask with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School diploma / GED preferred.
• Ability to multitask.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Clear close vision.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan.
• Maintain daily housekeeping of office interior (garbage, floors, dusting).
• Clean production area interior and dispose of waste.
• Maintain parking lots and grounds; shovel sidewalks when needed.
• Pre-washes customer vehicles prior to repairs.
• Clean interior and exterior of customer vehicles after repairs.
• Transport vehicles to sublet locations for repairs.
