This hands-on role requires weekend availability (Sundays), a valid driver's license, the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, and comfort working outdoors in varying weather. Training is provided and growth opportunities exist within the company.

Qualifications

• Weekend availability is required, including Sundays.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving history (no more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years).
• Ability to safely operate a variety of rental vehicles (cars, SUVs, passenger vans).
• Reliable attendance and the ability to complete assigned work with limited supervision.
• Strong organizational skills and a careful eye for detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Willingness to work outdoors in hot, cold, wet, or changing weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rental vehicles for customer pickup by interior and exterior cleaning.
• Vacuum carpets and seats, clean surfaces, sanitize high-touch areas, and remove debris.
• Examine vehicles after cleaning and communicate concerns to the team.
• Drive and position vehicles within the facility as needed.
• Keep cleaning areas, equipment, and supplies neat and stocked.
• Prioritize vehicles based on reservations and operational needs.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures for vehicle handling and customer service.
