Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Photo Imaging Associate to upload and verify pictures for electronic condition reports (ECR) and ensure high-quality submissions. You will maintain the DQI workflow, re-image substandard files, and operate the Photo Booth per SOPs where available.

The role emphasizes safety, the ability to stay on-site through standard shifts, and readiness to take on additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred, OR less than 2 years of related work experience.
• Safe drivers needed; valid driver's license required.
• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to perform repetitive motion tasks, manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Upload all pictures associated with electronic condition reports (ECR) and verify the quality and accuracy of each photograph.
• Maintain knowledge of Digital Quality Image (DQI) website.
• Re-image or request re-imaging of any substandard images.
• Process vehicles through the Photo Booth following available SOPs if location is so equipped.
• Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
