Job summary

Cardinal Point Homeland Security Group is seeking a Security Officer - Vehicle Patrol Officer for our Lancaster, PA assignment. The role ensures security of a construction site through vehicle patrols, access control, and proactive incident response.

Responsibilities include patrolling routes, logging activities, and coordinating with on-site management. Requires a high school diploma, background/MVR checks, and drug screening; weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a criminal background check and MVR check.
• No felony or misdemeanor convictions.
• Must pass a mandatory drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Be punctual and professional, maintain a sharp uniform and provide reliable service.
• Scan arriving employees for access control and monitor entrances/exits.
• Perform thorough foot patrols as required by the assignment.
• Follow a set patrol route and adhere to the schedule.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, or suspicious activity per established protocols.
• Maintain detailed logs of patrols, incidents, and activities.
• Collaborate with on-site management and emergency services as needed.
