Job summary

Stellantis Financial Services seeks an Order Edit Analyst to identify, analyze, and communicate vehicle order processing failures, coordinating system configuration changes with customer requirements and plant needs.

In this role you will partner with engineering teams, review order reports, support assembly plants, and assist with order collection, pre-production and validation processes while handling data extraction of weight and suspension configurations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or a related field is required.
• 2+ years’ experience in automotive, OEM, or similar industries.
• Experience with SCM processes, engineering releasing and BOM, and material logistics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to multitask under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with technical and engineering teams to implement vehicle configuration changes and system cross-reference updates
• Review and interpret vehicle order processing reports to identify errors, trends, and required corrective actions
• Support assembly plants by investigating and resolving vehicle orders that fail during system processing
• Assist the Order Collection team with resolving vehicle orders that are unable to advance to the next stage of the ordering process
• Support pre-production and pilot vehicle ordering by releasing orders and assisting with the resolution of order validation failures
• Extract, review, and release vehicle weight, suspension, and spring configuration data

Job description

TheVehicle Order Edit Analyst will identify, analyze, and communicate vehicle order processing failures. Coordinate the timing of system configuration changes and cross-reference updates based on customer requirements and assembly plant needs.

Job responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Partner with technical and engineering teams to implement vehicle configuration changes and system cross-reference updates
• Review and interpret vehicle order processing reports to identify errors, trends, and required corrective actions
• Support assembly plants by investigating and resolving vehicle orders that fail during system processing
• Assist the Order Collection team with resolving vehicle orders that are unable to advance to the next stage of the ordering process
• Support pre-production and pilot vehicle ordering by releasing orders and assisting with the resolution of order validation failures
• Extract, review, and release vehicle weight, suspension, and spring configuration data

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
• 2+ years experience in the automotive, OEM or similar industry
• Previous experience in Supply Chain Management, Engineering Releasing and BOM, Material Logistics, or similar discipline
• Prior experience interacting with multi-disciplinary and operational teams
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask within tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Stellantis (former FCA) systems, including STV, CINON, WebCN, Vehicle Order Edit
