BCRTA in Kentucky is seeking drivers to safely transport passengers across Hamilton, Middletown, or Oxford. This full-time role features hourly pay starting at $20.00 with annual merit-based raises; experienced candidates may earn up to $24.60 per hour.

Qualifications

Pay: $20.00 per hour with annual merit‑based raises. Candidates with transit or passenger transportation experience and proof of employment within the last 10 years may earn up to $24.60 per hour. Benefits include a 14% retirement match, full medical, dental and vision coverage, short‑term disability, life insurance, and up to 29 paid days off in the first year for full‑time employees.

Work locations: Hamilton, Middletown, or Oxford. Hours: 35 to 40+ per week with paid training. Service runs 23 hours a day, Monday through Sunday with a flexible schedule.

CDL training may be provided.
