Claratel Behavioral Health is seeking a Vehicle Operator / Auxiliary Services to transport individuals to scheduled destinations, assist with boarding, and ensure vehicle safety and compliance with agency guidelines. The role requires a valid driver’s license and experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
The position includes performing routine maintenance, logging transportation records, and supporting inventory and mail services as needed.

Transports individuals to the directed destination according to program and agency guidelines.
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or transporting individuals.
Must maintain a valid driver's license.
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Requires regular lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds unassisted, including assisting individuals when required. Requires frequent bending, reaching, repetitive hand movements, standing, walking, squatting, and sitting, with some heavy lifting, pushing, and pulling exerted regularly throughout a regular work shift.
Ideal applicant must have experience working with the developmental disabilities population and operating a 10 to 15 passenger vehicle, operating ADA Equipment Vehicles with Wheelchair Lift. Pre-employment drug screening may be required. Selected applicant will be subject of an FBI Criminal History Record Check, and the applicant has the right to challenge the contents of their Criminal History Record Information, should they choose to do so.
