Job summary

Staci Americas is hiring a Vehicle Operator based in Reno, NV. The role requires safe operation of forklifts and related lifting devices to fulfill customer orders at the facility.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of forklift driving experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail. A full benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• 1 year of driving experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience operating lifting devices (forklifts, booms, lifts) is expected.

Responsibilities

• Operate a motorized lift vehicle to pull products per customer orders.
• Position forks or lifting devices under pallets and move loads safely.
• Tow transport loads to designated areas and secure them.
• Unload and stack materials, maintaining inventory on the floor.
• Record weights on tags or production schedules as required.
• Load/unload materials on pallets and lifting devices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

We are looking for a Vehicle Operator to be based at the Reno NV Location reporting to the Operations Manager. The salary is 18.00 - 21.00.

Job Summary

The Vehicle Operator is responsible for the efficient and safe operation of a motorized lift vehicle to pull products based on customer orders. They will need experience in operating lifting devices such as forklifts, boom, scoop, lift bean, swivel hook, fork grapple, clamps, hitch, elevating platform, or trailer.

Responsibilities

• Move levers and presses pedals to drive truck and control movement of lifting apparatus
• Position forks, lifting platform or other lifting device under, over or around loaded pallets, skids, boxes, products, materials.
• Hooks tow trucks to trailer hitch, and transports load to designated area
• Unload and stack material by raising and lowering lifting device
• Inventory materials on work floor and supply workers with materials as needed
• Weigh material or product and records weight on tags, labels or production schedules
• Load/Unload material on and off pallet, skid or lifting device
• Other duties as assigned

Ability To

• To drive forklifts that may include Cherry Picker, Hi/Lo Reach, 4 wheel sit down, Turret etc.

Selective Preference

The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience driving experience; High School diploma, GED or suitable equivalent
