Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a Vehicle Operations teammate to efficiently check-in, inspect, detail, and move vehicles at the Remarketing Center. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced automotive environment.

The position involves logging vehicles, performing condition inspections, detailing for resale, and coordinating vehicle flow on the lot while maintaining high presentation standards. On-site, full-time work with varied hours depending on business needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Automotive experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Capable of standing, bending, kneeling, and working in various positions for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and log incoming vehicles with accurate VINs and condition notes.
• Perform multi-point inspections and report issues to the team.
• Wash, vacuum, and detail interiors/exteriors for resale readiness.
• Move vehicles around the lot and coordinate flow for cleaning and staging.
• Follow safety procedures and assist teammates as needed.
