CarMax is seeking a Mechanical Associate to inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicles to meet high safety and quality standards at our Virginia facility. You will work with a skilled team to resolve technical issues across domestic and foreign vehicles, contributing to customer satisfaction and trust.

The role involves lifting heavy objects, standing for long periods, and maintaining strict EH&S guidelines, with ongoing training and growth opportunities in a climate-controlled environment.

Formación

• Experience in engine repair, steering and suspension, brakes, and HVAC systems.
• Strong understanding of health and safety compliance.
• Able to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Skilled at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Maintain ASE Certifications where required by state law.
