Job summary

Ketch-Kansas-Elks-Training-Center-For-the-Handicapped in Wichita, KS is seeking a full-time Vehicle Mechanic to maintain and repair the organization’s vehicles. The role involves preventive maintenance, handling DOT and purchase documentation, and using hand tools and shop equipment.

Candidate must lift up to 50lbs and work Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license with a good driving record, and at least one year of vehicle

Vehicle Mechanic: Responsible for the upkeep and preventative maintenance for all KETCH vehicles, and processing DOT and purchase documentation. Experience with preventive maintenance, electrical systems, brakes, suspension, and general vehicle repair. Must be able to use hand tools, shop equipment and lift 50lbs or ¼ of total body weight, whichever is less. Must M-F 8am-4:30pm. Hiring immediately. EOE
