Job summary

Community Unit School District 308 is seeking a dedicated transportation staff member for an 8‑hour position. Compensation is $18.81 per hour plus benefits, and the hourly rate includes the 4.5% IMRF retirement contribution.

The role requires a valid CDL with school bus and passenger endorsements, DOT knowledge, and the ability to safely operate power tools and perform maintenance. As part of our team, you will support daily bus operations, conduct safety checks, perform light vehicle

HOURS: 8 Hour position
COMPENSATION: $18.81* per hour plus benefits

• Please note that the hourly rate of pay is inclusive of the mandatory 4.5% retirement contribution to the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund (IMRF).
