Jeff Wyler Springfield Auto Mall in Springfield, OH is seeking a motivated Lot Technician to help maintain our high-volume vehicle inventory. You will keep vehicles organized, fueled, washed, and presentation-ready for customers daily, supporting the Sales, Service, and Management teams.

This role requires outdoor work in all weather, a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and be active daily.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organization and appearance of inventory.
• Move, stage, and park vehicles safely.
• Ensure vehicles are fueled, charged, washed, and ready.
• Perform lot inspections for cleanliness and damage.
• Install dealer plates, window stickers, and promos.
• Assist with deliveries, trades, and inter-location transport.
• Check tire pressure, battery, and fluids as directed.
• Keep lots and display areas clean and professional.
• Support Sales, Service, and Management with daily needs.
• Report damage, maintenance concerns, or inventory issues.
• Follow dealership safety policies.
