Job summary

The Faulkner Automotive Group is seeking a motivated Lot Attendant for our Mechanicsburg (Cadillac, Subaru, Nissan) locations. Training is provided and automotive experience is not required. You will help move vehicles on the lot, assist customers, and uphold vehicle cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Commitment to excellent customer service.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Able to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Physical stamina for continuous movement on the lot.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and move vehicles around the lot.
• Confirm receipt and verify serial numbers against invoices for new car deliveries.
• Park/retrieve vehicles for sales and service customers.
• Organize vehicles around the lot and manage customer parking areas.
• Shuttle customers between destinations and between Faulkner facilities.
• Ensure all vehicles are clean before delivery to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness of customer entrances and perform minor building maintenance.
