Mills Auto Group is hiring a Lot Porter in Harvey, LA. You will help maintain the lot, move vehicles, and keep dealership areas clean while delivering friendly service to customers and colleagues. A clean driving record and basic mechanical awareness are favorable.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 0-1 years of related experience or equivalent education.
• Vocational/technical schooling preferred.
• Safely drive and operate automobiles and light trucks with automatic and standard transmissions.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential.
• Valid United States-issued driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Make and implement decisions regarding maintaining, moving and cleaning vehicles.
• Keep the sales lot neat and orderly.
• Move dealership vehicles as needed.
• Maintain used vehicle appearance by cleaning interior and exterior, replenishing fluids and replacing batteries as needed.
• Utilize information to resolve problems.
• Provide prompt, efficient and quality service to customers and the dealership.
• Exceed customer satisfaction, even if obstacles arise.
• Clean dealership areas as needed.
• Maintain professional business attire and appearance.
• Know the Five Pillars.
• Other duties as assigned.
