Job summary

Christian Brothers Automotive in Surprise, AZ is seeking a Full-time Automotive Lot Attendant to keep the vehicle lot organized and clean. You will greet guests, move and park cars, and support sales and service teams while ensuring accurate vehicle counts.

You must be able to operate both manual and automatic transmissions, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 pounds. A positive, safety-focused attitude is essential for daily operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18.
• Professional attitude with customer service focus.
• Able to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with hospitality and respect.
• Move and organize vehicles on the lot.
• Drive vehicles to the front after the transaction and assist front desk staff.
• Account for and keep inventory of all cars on the lot.
• Maintain cleanliness of the parking lot and remove debris.
• Perform housekeeping for lobby, bathrooms and shop areas.
• Occasionally test-drive vehicles.
• Learn automotive repair service terminology and processes.
• Provide safe shuttle service for guests as needed.
• Run off-site errands and assist clerical tasks as required.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
