Job summary

Bowser Automotive in Pleasant Hills/Monroeville is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Lot Attendant to help keep the Service Department running smoothly and provide a positive experience for customers. You will greet customers, safely move vehicles, inspect for damage, wash as needed, drive the shuttle, and support Service Advisors and Technicians.

No prior dealership experience required, but reliability and good communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Safe and responsible driving habits.
• Good judgment and attention to detail.
• Dependable and reliable work ethic.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous automotive or dealership experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Safely move and valet customer vehicles for service.
• Inspect vehicles for existing damage and accurately document your findings.
• Wash and prepare vehicles as needed.
• Drive the Bowser customer shuttle.
• Assist Service Advisors with daily department needs.
• Assist Service Technicians as directed by the Service Manager.
• Help maintain clean, organized, and safe service and parking areas.
• Follow all company vehicle-handling and safety procedures.
