Job summary

Bowser Automotive Inc. is seeking a dependable Lot Attendant to support the Service Department in Pleasant Hills/Monroeville. You will greet customers, move and valet vehicles for service, and help maintain a safe, organized lot.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and with a team. Prior automotive experience is a plus, with pre-employment screenings required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Safe and responsible driving habits.
• Dependable and reliable work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous automotive or dealership experience is a plus, but not required.
• Successful completion of required pre-employment screenings is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Safely move and valet customer vehicles for service.
• Inspect vehicles for existing damage and document findings.
• Wash and prepare vehicles as needed.
• Drive the Bowser customer shuttle.
• Assist Service Advisors with daily department needs.
• Assist Service Technicians as directed by the Service Manager.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe service and parking areas.
• Follow all company vehicle-handling and safety procedures.
