Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a BS or Graduate Degree in engineering, management, MIS or CS.
• MS Excel and Office Suite knowledge.
• Strong computer aptitude; able to learn BMW Group systems (SAP, SQL).
• Project Management experience or coursework.
• Planning and organizational skills; manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently and show initiative.
• GPA 3.0+; enrolled student status; 30+ credit hours.
• Must attach unofficial transcript; complete substance abuse test.
• Work term dates: January 11–May 14, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Support Launch and Change Coordinators with engineering changes.
• Create, manage, and validate component overviews for specific parts of the car.
• Contribute to Test Car BOM validation; ensure correct parts are routed to vehicles.
• Support the coordination of Line Trials in production.
• Investigate design topics through data analysis.
• Report generation and maintenance.
• Other duties as assigned by management or mentors.
