CarMax in Naperville, IL is hiring an Inventory Associate to ensure customers have a seamless experience as they view and receive vehicles. You will log deliveries, move cars on the lot, and help keep the lot clean and welcoming.

This is a hands-on, outdoor role requiring reliability, good communication, and teamwork. Flexible schedules including some evenings and weekends are needed, and you’ll work in all weather to support CarMax’s customer-first approach.
