Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record and meet the company's driver eligibility requirements.
• High school Diploma or similar.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Available to work a full time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all dealership vehicle inventory.
• Utilize digital key management system to ensure all keys are securely stored and correctly listed.
• Track vehicle locations, conditions, and statuses within the dealership lots.
• Park and arrange vehicles to maintain an organized display.
• Receive new vehicle shipments, inspect for damage and verify accessories.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and log all vehicles.
• Report to sales managers for needed support.
• Organize buyer guides and stock tags.
• Manage lot logistics safely and effectively.
• Provide proper documentation of arriving vehicles to departments.
• Prepare vehicles for test drives and delivery, including fueling.
• Identify and report maintenance issues or lot damage.
• Complete pre-delivery inspection forms accurately.
• Move vehicles to support sales and service departments.
• Keep lot clean, safe, and orderly; prep for inclement weather.
