Job summary

Copart, Inc. seeks an Inventory Specialist to manage the facility's vehicle inventory within company timelines.

You will document vehicle condition with photos using company tools and help direct traffic flow in the receiving area to ensure timely processing. You will operate cameras and handheld inventory devices, perform vehicle inspections, and maintain inventory of materials while complying with Copart policies and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work outdoors in all seasons.
• General automotive knowledge/mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency, with the ability to operate handheld devices preferred.
• Strong attention to detail; ability to work in a team environment.
• Driver's license preferred.
• Bilingual skill a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain and organize the receiving area.
• Operate camera and utilize a handheld inventory device to process incoming vehicles.
• Determine operational capability of motor vehicles.
• Complete vehicle inspection inventories (TLEs) on required vehicles.
• Maintain inventory of all materials used.
• Compliance to company policies and procedures; safety requirements.
