The position plays a key part in ensuring accurate vehicle inspections and seamless operational flow between internal teams and external partners.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed vehicle inspections (engine, transmission, interior, exterior) using a mobile application.
• Submit accurate inspection reports electronically.
• Travel to dealerships to assess vehicles prior to sale, ensuring compliance with operational standards.
• Communicate regularly with operations and sales teams to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Coordinate directly with dealerships to support vehicle preparation and inspection timelines.
• Distribute marketing materials to dealers to support sales efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on automotive experience (mechanic or equivalent technical role).
• Familiarity with key components such as differentials, transmissions, lower end of engine, and transfer cases.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; ability to travel locally to dealership locations.
• Proficiency with mobile technology and digital inspection/reporting tools.
• Customer service skills.
