thyssenkrupp Bilstein of America, Inc. in Hamilton, Ohio seeks a Vehicle Dynamics Engineer to ensure Bilstein’s passive and electronic dampers meet customer requirements from concept to end of life.
You will develop expertise in damping across passive and semi-active systems, work with internal teams, and apply vehicle dynamics knowledge to anticipate and satisfy market needs while supporting product launches and testing at domestic and international sites.

The Vehicle Dynamics Engineer is responsible for ensuring Bilstein's cutting edge passive and electronic dampers are meeting all customer requirements for dynamic performance, durability and manufacturability from project conception through EOL (End Of Life). The Vehicle Dynamics engineer will develop market expertise in all passive and electronic damping, vehicle dynamics and associated market trends. They will regularly provide this expertise to internal teams to ensure our products anticipate and meet market requirements.
