Job summary

Carvana seeks entry-level Lot Attendants to keep vehicles clean and presentable at Market Hubs. You will coordinate with teammates to ensure timely deliveries and outstanding customer satisfaction. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and a strong work ethic in a fast paced environment.

The position is part-time with merit‑based earnings growth from $16 to $17 per hour. You can advance within a year through our Careers Not Jobs program, with scheduled raises every 90 days.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 60 pounds.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record for past 3 years.
• Availability for part‑time schedule and outdoor work in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Inspect each vehicle for mechanical, drivability or cosmetic concerns.
• Wash and vacuum inventory regularly.
• Complete multi‑point inspection including fuel level, safety features, drivability test and disclosures.
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and external vendors.
• Interact with team members and management across lines of business.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
