Job summary

TC Tustin CJDR is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Lot Attendant to keep our inventory pristine and ready for delivery. You will wash, detail, and present vehicles, while moving and positioning cars across the lot in a fast-paced outdoor setting.

The role supports the sales team with a spotless showroom and organized lot, including fueling and minor merchandising tasks. Prior detailing or auto knowledge is helpful, with opportunities for growth and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous detailing, lot attendant, car wash, or automotive experience preferred but not required.
• Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Wash, clean, wax, and detail new and pre-owned vehicles.
• Maintain appearance and organization of the dealership lot.
• Move and park vehicles safely throughout the dealership property.
• Ensure vehicles are fueled, charged, and ready for display or delivery.
• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Assist with vehicle merchandising and lot displays.
• Prepare sold vehicles for customer deliveries.
• Maintain detailing supplies and equipment.
• Follow dealership safety procedures and support sales/service departments as needed.
