Job summary

Carvana is seeking entry-level Lot Attendants to keep our Market Hub vehicles clean and presentable. You will work with teammates to ensure timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

This is a part-time role with a starting wage of $16/hour and clear growth opportunities based on performance. The Careers Not Jobs program provides merit raises every 90 days, up to $0.25 more per period, and benefits include PTO and paid holidays including your birthday.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is desirable.
• Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently.

Responsibilities

• Inspect each vehicle for mechanical, drivability or cosmetic concerns.
• Wash and vacuum all inventory regularly.
• Complete multi-point inspections on arriving inventory (fuel level, safety/features).
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and external vendors.
• Interact with team members and management across lines of business.
