Job summary

Ewing Subaru of Plano is seeking a Vehicle Delivery Specialist to guide clients through their new Subaru, ensuring understanding of the vehicle and its technology.

You will coordinate deliveries, follow up with customers, maintain CRM records, and support showroom operations. This role requires a valid driver's license, professional appearance, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with occasional off-site visits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1 year related experience or training.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory MVR.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles to clients and ensure they understand their vehicle and its technology.
• Personalize deliveries based on customer priorities and set expectations.
• Follow up to confirm understanding and satisfaction with ownership process.
• Provide front-line support for complex technology questions or concerns.
• Maintain dealership cleanliness and assist showroom vehicles.
• Train staff on relevant technologies.
• Maintain CRM records for re-delivery appointments and communications.
• Willing to perform duties away from the dealership including house calls.
