Round Rock Toyota, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is seeking a Delivery Coordinator to join our team and deliver exceptional customer service experiences. You will prepare customer vehicles for delivery and provide dealership sales support.

The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting; this is an on-site position with growth opportunities within the Penske network.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent; and 1–2 year related experience and/or training.
• Two to four years related experience preferred (see note below).
• Strong communication and customer service orientation required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer vehicles for delivery and demonstrate features and benefits.
• Explain benefits and options; provide dealership sales support as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
