Job summary

Model 1 Commercial Vehicles is seeking a Vehicle Billing Specialist to ensure accurate invoicing and posting of motor vehicle sales. You will work under the Billing Supervisor and collaborate with Sales, Service, and Finance to resolve billing discrepancies.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of accounting experience and proficiency with Excel and accounting packages. This role offers competitive benefits and a path to grow within a nationwide dealership network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience or AA/AS degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong understanding of general accounting concepts and double-entry accounting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic computerized accounting tools.
• Ability to review vehicle invoicing, taxation, and cost components.

Responsibilities

• Review and process Daily Vehicle Invoicing with accuracy and timeliness.
• Produce sales invoices, Proforma Invoices, and quotations in a timely manner.
• Post Daily Journal Entries for Vehicle Sales and accruals.
• Provide billing reports and financial summaries to management.
