Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of billing clerk experience in a high-volume environment.
• Proficient with dealership systems (CDK required; ADP/Tekion preferred).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Processes all new and used vehicle deals.
• Reviews and verifies Deal Checklist to ensure all items are completed.
• Verifies that the Buyers Order down payment matches the funds received.
• Reviews costing sheet to verify the amounts are correct.
• Calculates and sets up salesman commissions.
• Processes any remaining payments.
• Perform month-end review of pre-owned and new car inventory.
• Calculate and verify vehicle payoffs.
• Maintain accurate records of all monies received.
• Preserve integrity of client files and client information.
• Provide outstanding customer service to employees by answering questions and troubleshooting issues.
• Responsible for accounting schedules assigned.
