Job summary

General Motors is seeking Production Team Members for our assembly line in New York. You will assemble vehicles using materials and tools, select and attach parts, and operate equipment to move materials around the plant.

This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and adaptability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You should be comfortable standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working shifts. Benefits include healthcare, 401k, and paid holidays after 90 days.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Availability to work a maximum of 32 hours per week
• Be shift flexible as hours and days assigned may vary
• Satisfactorily complete drug testing and a background check
• Proficiency to listen, read, follow work and safety instructions which are written in English
