Job summary

AutoNation's Vehicle Acquisition Specialist role focuses on acquiring additional inventory for the dealership by purchasing customer vehicles. You will engage with customers, perform appraisals, and manage expectations through the We'll Buy Your Car program, aiming for same-day payment where possible.

This commission-based position rewards performance with an estimated income of $2-4k per month, plus benefits including health, dental, vision coverage and 401k matching, while offering flexible

Responsibilities

• Respond to leads from AutoNation and third-party sources by phone, internet, and walk-in traffic.
• Identify and engage private-party sellers to visit the dealership for appraisal.
• Schedule appointments for vehicle visits.
• Explain and execute the We'll Buy Your Car same-day payment process.
• Review vehicle condition reports and inspect vehicles onsite.
• Interact with customers throughout the day, in person and by phone.

The Vehicle Acquisition Specialist role is to acquire additional inventory for the dealership by purchasing customer vehicles.
