McCall Pest & Wildlife is seeking a Vegetation Control Service Professional to work in Jacksonville, delivering quality service outdoors and building lasting customer relationships.

You will manage daily routes, apply lawn care solutions, and uphold safety standards while representing the company in the community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Lawn or Vegetation experience is a must.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with internal and external customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage the Vegetation Service Route with strong time management and daily tasks.
• Apply appropriate chemical/green solutions and fertilizers following safety guidelines.
• Provide consistent communication with customers and coordinate with internal teams.
• Maintain a safety-first mindset when operating equipment and company vehicle.

Your responsibilities:

• Building Relationships: You’ll create lifelong connections with both internal and external customers, helping to ensure they’re satisfied and loyal. Your goal is to create “Customers for Life” by delivering excellent service every time.
• Managing Your Service Route: You’ll be responsible for the daily operations of your Vegetation Service Route, using strong time management skills to stay on track and complete all necessary tasks.
  • Applies appropriate chemical solutions, green solutions, and fertilizers to lawn and landscape, meeting company and state regulations
  • Fulfills orders and completes daily route schedule, and procedural paperwork
  • Problem-solve customer accounts to address both current and future needs.
  • Provide consistent communication with customers to keep them informed and satisfied.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including customer service, sales, and fellow service professionals, to ensure an outstanding experience for each customer.
  • Apply pest control products in accordance with label standards and safety guidelines.
• Safety First: You’ll maintain a safety-first mindset, especially when operating company equipment or driving your company vehicle. Your commitment to safety helps ensure the protection of both yourself and the people you serve.

Qualifications

What you need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Must be 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license required
• Lawn or Vegetation experience is a must!
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to safely operate a company vehicle for extended periods. Travel may include short stops or longer routes between counties or service areas.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
