Job summary

Pay: $18-$23/hour, depending on experience
Reports To: Lead Vegetation Management Technician

Position Summary:

We are seeking hardworking and motivated operators to help support our vegetation management operations in Minnesota. Technicians will work with their crew to perform mowing events on solar projects throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin. Ideal candidates will have experience operating farm equipment such as tractors with implements, skid loaders and zero-turn mowers, as well as a strong commitment to safety and communication.

Typical workload is approximately 40-50 hours per week;

Outdoor work in heat, humidity, and variable weather;

Travel between local project sites required, some overnight trips required.

Strong candidates for this position:
