Job summary

Edko, LLC is seeking candidates with experience in vegetation management or a related field. A background in forestry, arboriculture or a related field is beneficial but not required. Personnel are expected to perform herbicide applications along right-of-ways and road sides.

Operators will plan, direct, and coordinate application efforts, and interface with other personnel and customers. Requirements include the ability to work in inclement weather, interpret maps, use a laptop and handheld

Qualifications

• Experience in vegetation management is beneficial but not required.
• Forestry/arboriculture background is a plus but not required.
• Ability to interpret and follow maps.
• Willingness to travel and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform herbicide applications along rights-of-way and road sides.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate application efforts.
• Interface with other personnel and customers.
• Seasonal positions that could become permanent.
• Company provides vehicle/gas card for work-related use.
