Bayer is seeking a Testing Research Associate to advance vegetable pipelines. You will work with a multidisciplinary team of breeders, scientists, data professionals, and engineers on field and greenhouse trials, data management, and technology-driven crop strategies.

Location near Othello/Pasco, WA, with potential overnight travel. Requires 5+ years in crop management and relevant degrees; PhD or MSc with experience preferred.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of crop management experience in open field or greenhouse environments.
• BSc in Horticulture, Agronomy, or related field required; MSc or PhD preferred for advanced roles.

Mansioni

• Plan and execute experimental protocols and performance trials in protected culture and field environments.
• Operate research equipment, manage data entries and adhere to seed stewardship standards.
• Develop and execute strategic testing plans aligned with business objectives to deliver results.
• Capture and validate data using Windows and iOS devices; ensure data quality.
