Qualifications

• Strong experience with BIM/VDC tools and production operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of VDC strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Estimate and manage VDC modeling budgets and schedules.
• Identify and implement new technologies for VDC processes.
• Serve as Model Administrator for assigned projects and coordinate with Subcontractors.
• Develop and modify project-specific VDC Guidelines for bids/preconstruction.
• Review Subcontractor adherence to VDC Guidelines and schedules.
• Lead clash detection and RFIs with project teams.
• Organize VDC coordination meetings with engineers, users, and Subcontractors.
