DPR Construction is seeking a seasoned VDC professional to lead self-perform VDC activities. The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and delivering model-based workflows across projects, ensuring alignment with DPR standards and schedules.
You will mentor VDC Engineers and support field teams with digital tools. Ideal candidates have 7–9 years in VDC/BIM and proven leadership experience, with a background in construction management or engineering.

Manages the planning and delivery of Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) activities for Self-Perform Work (SPW) within a Business Unit. Oversees VDC implementation for assigned projects, managing personnel and ensuring digital processes support efficient planning, coordination, and field execution. Provides leadership and technical direction to SPW VDC Engineers and project teams, ensuring alignment with DPR's standards, best practices, and business objectives.
Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
7-9 years of experience in Virtual Design and Construction (VDC), Building Information Modeling (BIM), or a related field required.
Experience managing teams, coordinating multi-trade VDC processes, and leading project-level VDC implementation required.
