Responsibilities

• Utilizes 3D design software to identify, communicate, and resolve project challenges.
• Combines all building discipline models into 3D design software coordination model.
• Reviews coordination models for constructability issues utilizing the software’s clash detection capabilities.
• Assigns responsible party(s) for issue resolution; verifies and documents with meeting minutes, submittals, RFIs, and updated models.
• Communicates with internal and external project teams; facilitates meetings to resolve project issues, review schedules, or other project documentation.
• Utilizes Reality Capture technology, such as laser scanning and drones, to support project deliverables.
• Participates in Business Unit (BU) office and department activities including orientation programs, training sessions, and peer group meetings.
• Supports 1 VDC deliverable under supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Building Information Modeling (BIM), or related field.
• 0–1 years of VDC Coordination experience.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Salary & Benefits

Salary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience of the applicant, as well as the internal equity and alignment with the team.

For (Philadelphia), this ranges from $70,000–$86,500 plus benefits and retirement program.
