Gilbane Building is seeking a VDC Engineer I to support constructability and coordination tasks using 3D design software and reality capture on project sites and in the office.

You will collaborate with project teams, review models for constructability, assign resolutions, and learn under experienced VDC Engineers while contributing to multi-discipline coordination across the project lifecycle.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, BIM or related field.
• 0-1 years of VDC coordination experience.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience/Education

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Building Information Modeling (BIM) or related field
• 0-1 years of VDC Coordination experience
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Strong time-management and analytical skills
• Knowledge and functional use of BIM design software
• Basic understanding of construction documentation
• Strong interest in design concepts and integrated building components and systems
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
