As a VDC Engineer, you will support Absher’s project teams by applying Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) practices to improve planning, coordination, and project delivery. You will work closely with project managers, superintendents, engineers, and trade partners to develop and manage construction models, facilitate trade coordination, and help resolve issues before they impact the field.
This role bridges design intent and field execution by using model‑based workflows to support coordination, sequencing, and constructability across projects.
You’re a strong problem solver who enjoys working with both technology and construction teams. You communicate clearly, think spatially, and take pride in helping project teams identify and resolve coordination challenges before they impact the field.
Pay Range: $80,000 – $100,000 USD
Salary offers are typically made between the entry and midpoint of the range and are based on factors such as experience, education, and internal equity.
