Job summary

Pepper Construction is seeking qualified, intelligent students with a passion for Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) technology to experience life with a commercial general contractor in the Indianapolis area. You will work directly with many aspects of VDC, including design model coordination, visualization, and BIM processes.

You will participate in training sessions, jobsite tours, and safety activities while gaining hands-on experience with Pepper

Qualifications

• Current college student entering Sophomore to Senior year in Architecture, Virtual Construction Management, Construction Management, Engineering or similar discipline during the 2026/27 school year.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn and apply new technology.
• Ability to work independently while still contributing and collaborating in a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation to and from work-related activities and assignments.

Responsibilities

• Support design model coordination, visualization, and BIM processes.
• Participate in training sessions, jobsite tours, and safety activities.
• Gain hands-on experience with Pepper Construction in the Indianapolis Area.
