Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a BIM/VDC professional to transform construction designs into accurate 3D models and coordinate them with many trades. You will review 3D models from consultants and contractors, extract quantities, and maintain BIM documentation while supporting engineers and project leaders.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in VDC/BIM drawings and proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and a range of Autodesk tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in VDC/BIM drawings.
• Experience drawing mechanical systems (ductwork, piping, plumbing, electrical).
• Proficient in Revit & Navisworks; MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Turn construction designs into clear, buildable 3D models.
• Coordinate models with other trades to resolve conflicts before field work.
• Review and audit 3D models from consultants and contractors.
• Extract and verify quantities directly from 3D models.
• Maintain and update BIM project documentation.
• Support engineers and senior leaders with drawings and plans.
