Job summary

Veterans Canteen Service (VCS) at the Columbia VA Medical Center in Missouri is seeking full/part-time Food Service Workers to provide exceptional service in a fast-paced cafe and retail setting.

Role requires standing, walking, bending, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Real ID is required to work here. Prior food service experience is preferred but not mandatory, with a strong emphasis on outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Ability to read instructions and perform basic math for food preparation.
• Requires constant standing, walking, and frequent bending.

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in the food service industry is preferred but not necessary.
• Excellent customer service skills
