The Impact You’ll Own

• Scout what’s next. Stay permanently plugged into SF’s AI scene—hacker houses, research labs, demo days, and late‑night Discord servers.
• Run full‑stack diligence. Tear into code bases, model architectures, data rooms, and market maps to uncover signals others might not see.
• Win the right to invest. Convince our team why this + why now, craft highly articulate memos, and build relationships with prospective founders that make Scribble a no‑brainer for them.
• Supercharge our founders. Orchestrate gatherings, mentorship programs, and warm intros that move the needle in hours, not weeks.
• Level‑up our machine. Build internal tools (CRM automations, AI scouting dashboards, deal‑flow analytics) that make the whole team quicker and smarter.

You Might Be Our Person If You Have…

• 5–7+ years experience founding and/or building startups, or an early track record of investing in exceptional early‑stage startups.
• A technical background: You’re a hands‑on engineer who can dissect an LLM stack, debate model architectures, and call BS on vaporware demos.
• A deep SF network: YC batches, SPC cohorts, hacker houses, research labs, angel circles—you’re already on a first‑name basis.
• Uncommon judgment: You spot inflection points before the crowd and have a thesis on what’s next (and why).
• Low‑ego, high‑drive teammate with a reputation for integrity and follow‑through.
• Owner mentality: You’d rather ask forgiveness than permission.
• Fluent juggler: Multiple deals, countless convos, zero dropped balls.
