Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong data entry and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work early/late shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, and transact inventory moving from manufacturing/cultivation into vault locations.
• Participate in daily inventory control within Vault warehouse.
• Use ERP systems to process transfers, create pick documents, and shipments; ensure METRC compliance.
• Maintain transportation schedules and accurate order picking/packing.
• Cross-train between Vault, Warehouse and Floriculture processes.
• Support cGMP compliance and 5S in the Vault.
