Job summary

Moneytree is a family-run financial services company operating across five states. The Vault Teller - Spanish Bilingual position is at the Lakewood, CO branch, where you will deliver personalized service to meet customers' financial needs and support branch operations.

You will open/close the branch, cash checks, process loans and payments, sell money orders, count cash, balance the drawer, and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• REQUIRED: Fluency in Spanish and English.
• 6+ months of customer service, cashier, or retail experience.
• Ability to work a fluctuating schedule, including evenings and most weekends.
• Enthusiasm, positivity, and willingness to learn and grow.
• Professional, friendly, and helpful demeanor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Keyboarding experience.

Job Duties:

As a Moneytree Branch Vault Teller - Spanish Bilingual , your primary responsibility is to provide personalized and friendly service to meet our customers' financial needs. Job duties include:

• Ensuring the Branch is opened and closed on time
• Cashing checks
• Processing loans and payments
• Selling money orders
• Counting cash accurately
• Managing and balancing a cash drawer
• Providing exceptional customer service
